Keeping You Safe
Booking Your Treatment

All treatments must be booked in advance. Please cancel your appointment if you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone who has.

If our therapist falls ill or has any symptoms of Covid-19, she will self-isolate immediately. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but it must be done for your own safety.

If your appointment is cancelled, you will be able to re-book again.​

During Your Treatment

We have carried out a risk assessment on all treatments available and can continue to provide these safely.

Please hand sanitise on arrival and wear a face covering in the reception area, corridors and studio.

Our therapist will be wearing clean PPE for the duration of your treatment. Please wear a face covering for all treatments until we advise that it is safe to remove it.

We only hold one treatment session at a time so that we can safely maintain social distancing.

All tools and equipment are disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instruction for your safety.
After Your Treatment

Payments can be made by card, contactless or bank transfer—no cash or cheques.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and ours. We will continue to take advice from the Government and the NHS regarding safe practice and will amend procedures as necessary.
